Taki Paper

We are a rare factory in Japan that performs paper making, screen printing, handmade paper, laminating and so on at the same location.
Depending on the thickness, it can make 16,000-17,000 meters of washi in a day.
We have a humidity control space of about 50 square meters and can season about 8,000 sheets of paper per day for the size 939mm x 636mm.
Laminating process, about 6,000 sheets of 0.6 square meters of paper can be pasted on in one day.
Screen-printing can print about 8,000 sheets a day at 939mm-636mm sheet.
Our integrated production system, which covers the entire process of labeling for alcoholic beverages, from machine making to screen printing and tearing, enables us to mass-produce approximately 200,000 labels per month.
